Roe VS. Wade

What is Roe VS. Wade? Roe VS. Wade was the debate of whether abortion was ethical or not. The concept of abortion is basically to get rid of an unborn or partially-born child. The contoversy of the abortion topic is that many people are coming to the conclusion that it is unethical. The only problem with the thought of it being unethical is that there are many different reasons as to why women are going through with the procedure of getting one. The result of the 70's Roe VS. Wade was that Roe won the debate. This past Sunday marks the anniversary of the Roe VS. Wade debate. The conclusion of the Roe Vs. Wade debate was that a woman's right to an abortion falls within the right to privacy protected by the Fourteenth Amendment. Today, the Roe VS. Wade debate is becoming a main topic in the Supreme Court once again. The final outcome of the debate whether it be for or against abortion lies in the hands of the Supreme Court.
